Arranged into two series by governing body: Series 1, Board of Control minutes, 1931-1962; Series 2, Executive Council minutes, 1962-1982.

Arrangement The collection has been arranged into sixteen series by topic. Each series is arranged alphabetically or chronologically as appropriate. Most folder titles were kept as labeled by Thompson'€™s office staff, but not all contents were verified. Of particular importance are the Office Files and Correspondence series, which detail most of the regular operations of Thompson’s office.
